Founded in 2019, Lowry Garden Rooms build high quality bespoke garden rooms that are constructed on site and built to last. Our project manager Luke has over ten years building experience and holds an NVQ Level 5 in Construction management. As a family run business we hold our clients at the centre of our work, we don’t cut corners and construct our garden rooms on site with the highest grade materials for an optimum build.

Our free design consultations are run by our project manager in the comfort of your own home. We offer you the chance to have a fully customisable garden room quote provided within seven days. You will also receive a garden survey which ensures that you are within permitted development.

Environmentally Friendly Construction

For our garden room foundations we use ground screws. Ground screws offer a simple, cost effective and low impact on the environment foundation solution. With no digging or concrete it’s a clean and effective immediately loadable foundation. There’s also no waste going to landfill. Where we can’t use ground screws we use different foundation methods. We can discuss this in your design consultation.

Ground Screws Installation Service

We are now offering ground screw installation for your next garden room, decking or shed project. If we don't have a base, we can assist in ground screw base installation. Whether you have a garden room, shed or are building decking we can provide you with a cost effective and environmentally friendly base. Ground screws require no digging or cement meaning no mess for your garden and it also means a cheaper alternative to standard methods. We price per screw whilst calculating the amount of screws required through the m². From the m² we can determine the quantity and size of screw you will need. Depending on the usage will depend on its size, after your initial enquiry we can visit the desired area and give you an accurate quote after surveying the ground.
